Tα υλικά:(για ένα παραλληλόγραμμο ταψάκι 25 χ 20 εκ)
3 κούπες αλεύρι (για όλες τις χρήσεις)
6 κουταλιές σούπας κακάο
2 κούπα ζάχαρη
2 κουταλάκια σόδα
1 κουταλάκι αλάτι
--------------------------
2 κουταλάκια άσπρο ξύδι
1 κουταλάκι άρωμα βανίλιας
10 κουταλιές φυτικό λάδι
2 κούπες νερό
Βουτυρώνουμε ελαφρά το ταψί μας, και ρίχνουμε μέσα τα πρώτα 5 υλικά.
ανακατεύουμε καλά τα υλικά να ενωθούν (με ένα σύρμα) και δημιουργούμε 3 μικρές λακουβίτσες.
Στην μία θα ρίξουμε το ξύδι, στην δεύτερη την βανίλια, και στην τρίτη το λάδι
ανακατεύουμε , και προσθέτουμε και το νερό
Ψήνουμε για 35 λεπτά. (Δοκιμάζουμε με μαχαίρι να σιγουρευτούμε ότι βγαίνει στεγνό- διαφορετικά το ψήνουμε για μερικά ακόμα λεπτά)
Δεν μπορώ εύκολα να σας περιγράψω πόσο ανάλαφρο, και ζουμερό είναι!!!
Και δεν έχω κανένα σκεύος να πλύνω!!!Καταπληκτικό???
Ας κάνουμε τώρα και ένα εύκολο frosting (εγώ το απολαμβάνω σκέτο, αλλά άλλοι το προτιμούν πιο "ενισχυμένο"
1. κούπα chocolate chips
1/4 κούπας γάλα εβαπορέ
2 κουταλιές βούτυρο(η φυτικό λάδι)
1/2 κουταλάκι άρωμα βανίλιας
1 κούπα ζάχαρη άχνη
Βάλτε τα 4 πρώτα υλικά σε ένα μπολ για microwave και βάλτε στο φούρνο μικροκυμάτων στην μεγαλύτερη ισχύ για 3-40 δευτερόλεπτα.
Αποσύρετε, ανακατεύετε καλά με σύρμα να λιώσουν τα chips , ξαναβγάζεται στο φούρνο για μερικά δευτερόλεπτα να γίνει ρευστή η σοκολάτα, αποσύρετε , προσθέτετε την άχνη, ανακατεύουμε και είναι έτοιμο!!
